Da Vinci Code: HC refuses to order criminal action
Joseph Dias, the petitioner who had approached the Bombay High Court seeking action against Censor Board and Sony Pictures in 'The Da Vinci Code' row, today moved the vacation bench of the court again, but the court refused to issue any directions to the police in this regard. Dias, general secretary of the Catholic Secular Forum, a city-based Christian organisation, is seeking action against Censor Board and Sony Pictures, for clearing and distributing the controversial English film respectively.
