Da Vinci Code tramples on religious tradition - Russian cleric

From interfax.com: MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax) - The Da Vinci Code movie insults religious tradition under the disguise of freedom of speech, Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad said at a Thursday meeting of experts. About 60 representatives of Orthodox, Christian, Muslim and Jewish organizations are preparing for the World Religious Summit due in Moscow on July 3-5. "True, the Da Vinci Code deeply insults our religious beliefs and feelings. Muslims or Jews do not do that. It is being done by people unaffiliated with any religion, who dare to insult religion under the disguise of freedom of speech," he said. [More]
