From ichuddersfield.icnetwork.co.uk: Film studio Pinewood Shepperton warned today that uncertainty over tax breaks for the movie industry could scare off overseas producers. Shooting has begun on The Da Vinci Code and Basic Instinct II - but Pinewood said these were the only major Hollywood productions to opt for the UK. The company said it was putting investment in its site on hold until normal trading returned and the Government's tax policy was clear.
